Pain and Fear of moving can be crippling. Yoga and Prenatal Yoga small group classes focus on the ability to move without pain. Continued modifications are given during the small group class paying close attention to what each student needs for their practice to enjoy moving again.

Pelvic dysfunction should not limit you from being active

WHAT TO EXPECT:

 

  • Small group class (5 students max) with a focus on safe movement for the pelvis to avoid pain

  • Safe balance between relaxing and strengthening of the Pelvic Floor and surrounding muscles to help support movement

  • Safe modifications of yoga poses to avoid worsening pelvic dysfunction

  • Safe progression of yoga practice to limit injury

  • Return to previous level of function

  • Improvement in quality of life

  • Tools for long term self-management and injury prevention
